Hello and thank you for considering  Angelica’s as the location for your Banquet. We would very much enjoy the privilege of hosting your special event.

Enclosed is a sample of our menu. We hope it will give an insight of what your special event will be like at Angelica’s.  We offer a wide variety of menu selections and honor most requests.  Other costs include: a bar set-up fee of $75.00.  If your group is 40 people or less, there is a room fee of $75.00 and  your bar set-up fee is waived.  Please note that the menu prices do not reflect a 6.25% meal tax and 20% house fee.  Menu selections must be completed one month before the event and final count is due ten days prior without subject to reduction.

On Saturdays, we schedule two functions in each of our private rooms; from 11:00-5:00 p.m. and 6:30-12:30 a.m.  Angelica’s boasts four elegant rooms for all your needs.  The Venetian Room accomodates up to 40 people, the Champlain room accommodates up to 80 people, the Mediterranean room accommodates up to 130 people, and The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 350 people.  On Sundays, the hours are more flexible.  Minimums do exist during prime periods.

Please call or visit us to inquire about availability.  We require a deposit on all banquets, $1,000.00 for The Grand Ballroom, $500.00 for the Mediterranean Room, $300.00 for the Champlain Room and $200.00 for the Venetian Room.  All deposits are non-refundable.  Weddings require a deposit of $1,000.00.  Final payment must be made in the form of a bank check, money order, cash, company check or credit card.

Information
 

Menu Selection

Please submit a final menu selection four (4) weeks in advance to the Catering office. All food items must be supplied and prepared by Angelica’s. Any food prepared by Angelica’s may not be taken off the premises due to insurance and health code regulations.

Beverage

The sale and service of Alcohol is strictly regulated by the Massachusetts Alcohol Beverage Commission. As a licensee, Angelica’s is responsible for the administration of these regulations. Our policy is, all alcoholic beverages must be supplied by Angelica’s. Angelica’s reserves the right to limit and control the amount of alcoholic beverages consumed by the guests. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed to leave the establishment. All beverage charges are subject to 6.25% meals tax and 20% House Charge. A bar set up charge of seventy dollars ($75.00) for non deluxe open bars will apply.

Guarantees

A guarantee of the exact number of guests for all functions is required ten days prior to the function. Final guarantee is not subject to reduction, however you may increase your number of guests after this time.

House Charge

A house fee of 20% will be added to all food and beverage items unless otherwise specified.

Taxes

All prices unless otherwise noted are subject to a Massachusetts Meals Tax, currently at 6.25%.

Deposits/Reservations

Weddings require a deposit of one thousand dollars ($1000.00). All other functions require a deposit according to the room booked. Any and all deposits are applied towards the final bill and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Prices

All prices are subject to change. Under extreme market conditions some items may not be available. Prices may be confirmed ninety (90) days prior to the event.
 

 
 

         

        

Payments

Deposits may be in the form of cash, personal check or credit card. Final payment must be made in form of cash, credit card or certified check. Business credit cards are accepted for business parties only.

Rooms

Angelica’s reserves the right to charge a service fee for set up of function rooms with extraordinary requirements. Minimum requirements and room charges exist at certain times of the year. Please inquire of our Catering Department for specifics.

Conduct of Event

In compliance with applicable laws, regulations and establish-ment rules, client assumes full responsibility for any damage done to any part of the establishment premises. There is to be no confetti, rice, bird seed or any similar materials thrown on the premises.

Other Costs/Fees

Cakes not purchased through Angelica’s are subject to a cutting fee. Fifty dollars ($50.00) for parties of 100 or less and sixty dollars ($60.00) for parties of 101 or more guests. Sweet table not provided by Angelica’s is subject to a charge of ($1.95 p.p.) which will include set-up, coffee, to go containers, and wait-service. Dinner and Lunch menus allow two entrée choices, add one dollar ($1.00 p.p.) for the third entrée choice. Wedding packages allows one entrée, for a second choice, a three dollar ($3.00 p.p.) charge will be added to the lower count entrée.

Displays/Decorations

All displays and/or decorations proposed by guests must be pre-approved in each specific instance. The establishment will not permit the affixing of anything to walls, doors, light fixtures or ceilings of any rooms with materials other than those supplied by the establishment. The establishment will not be responsible for any articles left behind after event.
